At Cakes by Naz customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every cake is made to order with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. Since our products are perishable and custom-made, we have the following policy in place for returns and refunds:
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our cakes and baked goods, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, it is considered final.
Refunds
We offer refunds or partial refunds only under the following conditions:
• Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong cake or an item that does not match your confirmed order.
• Quality Issues: If there is a clear issue with product quality (e.g., undercooked or spoiled item).
If any of the above applies, please contact us immediately of receiving your order with:
• Your order number or name
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the product in question (if applicable)
We reserve the right to offer a full refund, partial refund, or credit, depending on the situation.
Damages After Pickup/Delivery
Once a cake is picked up or delivered and signed for, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling, transport, or storage.
